Since its inception, the Institute has achieved the objectives beyond expectations through its reality-oriented fulfillment and dedication. PELICS has opened new vistas of opportunities and hope for plethora of individuals from within its limited resources including professionals and students. It has shared the burden of the government in its efforts of language teaching, international language testing system and other areas in education in an effective manner.
